Alginate Soft Beads

Can deliver additives such as oils, powders and pigments

Polymer Coating

Depositing polymer coating onto particles without the use of solvents
Polymeric layers from 0.001 to 0.1 mm in thickness

Continuous Liquid Coating

Process for coating liquids such as organosilanes onto particles without agglomeration

Evaporative Dispersion

Forming nanoparticles of materials that can be evaporated or sublimed, then directly dispersed in a liquid media

Particle Spheroidization

Melting or fusing coatings on particles to remove sharp edges, produce more spherical particles or make more uniform, durable particles

Polyoxymethylene Urea Coating

Encapsulation technique which produces durable beads (10 – 120 microns) with a tough polymer shell and oil/hydrophobic liquid core
Widely used for encapsulation of fragrances and cosmetic oils
