Prilling

Our spray congealing chambers are designed for both small prills (10-100 microns) and larger prills (100-400 microns). We utilize unique configurations of both conventional and two-fluid nozzles to create the correct particle size from most any polymer or oil. In addition, our liquid nitrogen system allows us great flexibility to prill many challenging, low melting point products.
