We operate three scalable, fluid beds with 5 kg, 120 kg and 300 kg batch sizes. Our fluid beds have incorporated many proprietary design elements to improve both agglomeration and particle coating. All of our cGMP systems include multiple bowls for agglomerating, granulating and Wurster particle coating with both top and bottom sprays.
